I had a baby last year and was lucky enough to be able to spend six months at home with her. When I found out I landed a new job, I was immediately most concerned about who would care for my precious little girl. I knew Brittany since she had previously babysat for us and I was also aware she had her own agency. Given her experience, I thought she might be willing to help us with the recruitment process. As it turned out, she was willing to provide as much or as little assistance as we needed. We decided to review the applications ourselves and compile a short list. Brittany then helped by conducting some of the telephone interviews, attending the in-person interviews, calling references, running background checks and guiding us through the decision-making process. She researched complex issues such as work permit questions. She helped us identify areas of concern which we may not have spotted by ourselves. She ultimately gave us the comfort of knowing that we covered all our bases and were making the right choice. Brittany was a wonderful resource to us.
